Jillian Pace

Jillian Pace was born and raised in Wharton County, where her family roots run five generations deep in Danevang, TX. Jillian earned her Master of Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio and her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, and for the past decade, she has worked in the healthcare industry specializing in sales, marketing, and client relations.

Within the Custom Homes division of Pace Building Corporation, Jillian leads business development where she focuses on building lasting relationships and expanding the company’s reach through strategic growth and client partnerships, bridging the gap between clients, design, and construction. In addition to her work in development, Jillian provides custom home design support—helping clients bring their vision to life with a thoughtful, personalized approach that reflects both quality craftsmanship and timeless design. Her role blends creativity and strategy, ensuring that every project embodies the values of integrity, excellence, and dedication that Pace Building Corporation is known for.

Outside of PBC, Jillian is a devoted wife and mother to two children, an avid competitive equestrian, and oversees her family farming, ranching, and hunting operations throughout Wharton & Matagorda counties.​​
